SpaceX launched their Starship SN8 prototype rocket on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 as they develop their rocket with the intention of taking people to the Moon and to Mars. The Starship SN8 prototype test flight was a major success, but it wasn’t perfect. It ended in a crash landing with an incredible explosion which destroyed the vehicle and left it in a million pieces, but what exactly went wrong? and what actually performed well?
