On August 2, 2020 the SpaceX Demo-2 mission concluded with a successful splashdown and recovery of their DM-2 Crew Dragon capsule with Astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley onboard. At the recovery site, though, over 25 recreational boaters began encroaching into the recovery area where a Notice to Mariners had been issued. Although it appears no major incidents occurred, this could have been very dangerous for the boaters, astronauts and recovery personnel. What do you think?
